Immersive Four Elements Experience Production

Immersive Content Studio / Production Team for a 40-Minute “FOUR ELEMENTS” Experience We are looking for an experienced immersive content studio or multidisciplinary production team to undertake the complete production of a 40-minute, site-specific immersive experience: FOUR ELEMENTS — Earth • Water • Fire • Air The commissioned team will be responsible for the full creative and technical production, including visual development, animation, original sound design and final mapping-ready delivery. This is not a conventional 16:9 promotional film. The content will surround participants within a large-scale panoramic, multi-surface environment. Participants will physically move through the space; therefore, scale, rhythm, peripheral perception, visual continuity and the relationship between sound, image and the body are essential. Experience Narrative The experience guides participants through four interconnected sensory and embodied chapters: * **Earth:** Grounding, weight, texture and connection with the body * **Water:** Flow, emotion, reflection and continuity * **Fire:** Movement, energy, transformation and release * **Air:** Breath, openness, space and meditation The final experience should feel like one continuous 40-minute journey rather than four unrelated animations. The distribution of time between the four chapters and their transitions will be developed collaboratively during the creative treatment and storyboard phase. Total Duration **Approximately 40 minutes, including all four chapters and transitions.** ## Full Scope of Work The selected studio or team will be responsible for: * Creative direction and development of the overall visual language * Development of a complete narrative and visual treatment * Moodboards and key style frames for all four elements * Full storyboard and timed animatic for the complete 40-minute experience * Production of all 2D, 3D, generative and motion-design content * Creation of continuous visual transitions between the four elements * Original music, sound design, atmospheric layers and sound effects * Synchronisation of sound and visuals * Final sound mix and mastering * Adaptation of all content to the supplied panoramic mapping template * Technical testing and correction of mapping-ready outputs * Final rendering, mastering and delivery * Delivery of all editable source and project files ## Creative Direction We are looking for an artistic, contemporary, cinematic and sensory visual language. The experience should avoid: * Generic stock imagery * Literal screensaver-style element animations * Conventional wellness advertising * Repetitive particle effects without a narrative purpose * Four visually disconnected chapters * Excessively fast editing that may become uncomfortable inside an immersive environment The visual experience should develop gradually, allowing moments of intensity, calm, spatial expansion and transformation. Sound should function as an essential narrative layer—not merely as background music. ## Required Deliverables ### Creative Development * Creative treatment * Visual research and moodboards * Minimum of two key style frames for each element * Narrative structure and timing proposal * Complete storyboard * Full-length timed animatic * Sound direction and musical treatment ### Test Production * A fully produced visual and sound test sequence * Application of the test sequence to the supplied mapping template * Technical export test for approval before full production ### Full Production * Approximately 40 minutes of finished immersive visual content * Original music and sound design * Synchronised final audio masters * Mapping-ready panoramic video masters * Element-by-element masters where technically required * Full-length continuous master * Test and preview versions * Final masters without temporary overlays or watermarks ### Source and Technical Files * Editable production files * 2D and 3D source files * Textures, simulations and project dependencies * Audio sessions, stems and final mixes * Render settings and technical documentation * List of fonts, plug-ins, stock assets and third-party licences * Commercial usage and production rights for the commissioned work ## Technical Delivery The final physical dimensions, pixel resolution, surface layout, projection configuration, codec and mapping templates will be shared with shortlisted candidates. The selected team must be capable of delivering final content precisely according to these technical templates. The final delivery may require: * One panoramic master or multiple synchronised outputs * Mapping masks and surface-specific renders * Test-grid and calibration files * High-resolution production masters * Playback-optimised delivery files * Stereo or multichannel audio outputs according to the final system specification ## Preferred Experience Candidates should have professional experience in several of the following areas: * Immersive exhibitions * Digital art installations * Projection mapping * Panoramic LED environments * Multi-screen and multi-surface content * Generative visual systems * Particle and fluid simulations * Spatial storytelling * Original music and sound design * Synchronised audiovisual production * Mapping-ready technical delivery Possible production tools may include Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Ableton Live, Pro Tools or equivalent professional software. The production pipeline is flexible. Proven immersive experience, creative quality and technical delivery capability are more important than any specific software. ## Application Requirements Please provide: 1. Your proposed production schedule 7. A milestone-based fixed-fee quotation 8. A list of the deliverables included in your quotation 9. The number of revision rounds included 10. Confirmation that mapping-ready masters and editable source files are included 11. Confirmation that original sound design and final audio mastering are included Please do not submit a generic showreel without identifying the relevant projects. ## Intellectual Property and Confidentiality All visual and audio materials must be original, commercially licensed or legally cleared for use. Any use of generative AI must be clearly disclosed, including the tools used and how generated material will be incorporated into the final production. Unlicensed artwork, music, sound effects, fonts or third-party intellectual property will not be accepted. The commissioned project, final masters and agreed source files will be transferred with commercial usage rights upon completion and final payment. Shortlisted candidates will receive the detailed creative brief, spatial drawings, mapping templates, technical specifications and reference materials. An NDA may be required before these materials are shared.
