Residential Floor Plan Drafting Needed

I’m moving forward with a new residential build and need a skilled draughtsman to turn my hand-sketched layout and measurements into a professional, construction-ready floor plan. The focus is strictly on the plan view—no elevations or sections at this stage. You’ll receive my rough sketches, room dimensions, preferred wall thicknesses, window and door sizes, plus any notes on circulation and furniture clearances. Using AutoCAD (or compatible software) you’ll translate that information into a clean, accurately scaled drawing ready for council submission and builder use. Deliverables (all to the same scale): • An editable DWG file with layers organised for walls, fixtures, annotations, and dimensions • A print-ready PDF (A3 or A2, depending on final layout) showing the full floor plan, title block, scale bar, and basic legend Acceptance criteria: • Overall dimensions and room sizes match the provided measurements within ±5 mm • All openings, fixtures, and structural elements clearly labelled • File opens without missing fonts, Xrefs, or proxy objects If you can begin this week and turn around a draft within three days of receiving the sketches, let’s discuss the finer points and get started.
