Accurate measurements and the exact site location are already in hand; they now need to be transformed into a clean, scaled plan for a small shed so I can lodge a planning-permission application. The drawing must read clearly at 1:50 or 1:100, show the shed footprint in relation to the plot boundaries and any nearby structures, include a north arrow, scale bar and simple elevations, and follow whatever basic layout the council expects on an A3 or A4 sheet. The key deliverable is one crisp printed copy mailed to me—hard copy is compulsory for the submission. If you can also send a PDF, that’s a welcome extra, but the print is what the planning office will stamp. Any CAD or architectural software that produces a sharp, professional-looking printout is fine by me. All notes, clarifications and quick replies will be provided the moment you need them so the drawing can be wrapped up without delays.
