Modern 2D Masterplan Render

Job Summary We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 2D Masterplan Rendering & Landscape Visualization Designer to transform CAD/site layouts into high-quality, presentation-ready masterplans. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for landscape aesthetics, urban planning, color composition, and graphical presentation to create visually appealing layouts for real estate, residential, commercial, and township developments. Key Responsibilities Convert AutoCAD masterplans into high-quality 2D rendered presentation plans. Create realistic landscape visualizations including: Trees and planting Shrubs and hedges Lawns and green spaces Water bodies Walkways and pedestrian paths Roads and parking areas Lighting elements Street furniture Boundary treatments and entrance features Apply appropriate textures, materials, shadows, and color schemes to enhance presentation quality. Develop visually attractive site plans suitable for brochures, marketing materials, websites, presentations, and approvals. Maintain accurate scale and proportions while improving visual appeal. Coordinate with architects, landscape architects, and project teams to incorporate design revisions. Produce high-resolution outputs suitable for print and digital media. Ensure consistency in graphical standards across all projects.
