Modern Flat Interior Drawings

I’m in the middle of a full-scale renovation and now need clear, build-ready 2D drawings to pass straight to my contractor. The look is Modern throughout, with particular attention on the living room and bedroom. In the living room the entertainment unit and overall seating arrangement drive the layout decisions, so those must read perfectly on plan. Please translate my reference images and on-site dimensions into the following drawing set: • Furniture Layout Plan – proposed positions for every loose and built-in piece • Electrical & Switch Plan – aligned precisely to the new furniture layout • Detailed Sections & Elevations – kitchen, wardrobes, TV unit, bathroom vanities and any other custom carpentry, called out with joinery details • Material Specification Sheet – ply grades & thicknesses, laminate or veneer codes, hardware brands / types All files should be delivered in editable DWG and a plotted PDF set ready for print. Dimensions must use the metric system, layer naming kept tidy, and line weights consistent for immediate construction use.
