Minimalist Villa & Landscape 2D Plans

I’m developing a two-storey minimalist villa whose total built-up area may not exceed 330 m², and I need complete 2D architectural drawings plus an accompanying modern landscape concept. Architecture Ground floor – family living room, dining area, guest bedroom, maid’s room, laundry, store and kitchen must all be laid out for logical flow and clean sightlines. First floor – three generous master suites, each with its own cabinets and private bathroom, should connect to a small upstairs living space. Clarity of circulation, correct wall thicknesses and realistic furniture blocks are important so the plans can move directly to permitting and cost estimation. Landscape Outdoors I envision a modern aesthetic that feels calm and uncluttered. A dedicated seating zone designed primarily for relaxation should anchor the yard, complemented by a simple water feature that ties into the villa’s geometry. Hardscape, lighting hints and soft planting palettes should reinforce the minimalist style while remaining practical for local climate maintenance. Key deliverables • Scaled 2D floor plans for both levels (DWG/PDF) • Roof, site and basic elevation drawings to show massing and height compliance • Modern landscape layout highlighting seating area, water feature and planting beds • A single coordinated site plan marrying building footprint and landscape elements • At least one round of revisions after my review Preferred tools are AutoCAD, Revit or any CAD software that exports clean DWG files; hand-sketched concepts are fine for early landscape ideas as long as final drawings are digital.
