I need a licensed architect based in India to draft a clear, build-ready 2D floor plan for a residential property. The focus is strictly on a single-storey layout; structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings are not required at this stage. Please deliver: • A fully dimensioned 2D floor plan in both PDF and editable DWG formats • North direction, room labels, wall thicknesses, and door-window schedules included • File prepared to standard Indian building conventions so it can move straight to local approval If you have completed similar residential work before, sharing one or two samples will help me gauge fit and style. Turnaround of one week from project start would be ideal, but let me know if you need a little longer.
