I need a full set of plans that will satisfy my city’s permitting office for a rectangular fiberglass pool. The pool doesn’t fall neatly into the usual “in-ground/above-ground/infinity” labels, so the drawings must clearly convey its unique installation method along with all required structural, plumbing, electrical and safety details. Please base the package on standard U.S. residential code requirements (IBC/IRC) while tailoring dimensions, setback notes and barrier specs to the information I provide about my lot. The shell itself is fiberglass, so include manufacturer data sheets and any foundation or backfill recommendations that the inspector will expect to see.
