2D/3D Conveyor System Design

I need a full set of 2-dimensional drawings and a detailed 3-dimensional model for a conveyor system that will link three floors of an industrial building. The line must safely carry boxed loads in the 50–100 kg range, so the drawings have to spell out roller diameters, frame profiles, motor sizes, transfer points, and guards that meet that duty. You will start from my DWG floor plans and route the conveyor through all three storeys, showing supports, floor penetrations, and clearance from existing columns and machinery. Please include basic strength and drive-power calculations inside the drawing package so I can check deflection, chain tension, and motor torque before sign-off. Deliverables • Editable 2D layout drawings (DWG or DXF) • A native 3D assembly (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar) plus STEP export • Exploded view or BOM PDF with part numbers and materials • Brief calculation sheet justifying load capacity I will review the first issue and give one round of comments; final files should reflect the agreed changes and remain fully editable for future animation work.
