I have a small residential project that needs tidy, accurate 2-D CAD work. The scope is limited to an architectural plan—specifically the floor plans and matching elevations—so no 3-D modeling or section cuts are required. I will supply hand-sketched layouts with dimensions and a brief note on materials and wall thicknesses. You turn those into clean AutoCAD (or compatible) files that I can forward straight to my engineer and planner.
