2D Romantic Music Video Animation

I need an animated music video created in a 2D animation style. The theme should be romantic and dreamy, capturing the essence of the music. I have character references but I require characters to be created for the video. Characters faces should not be shown in the video, it will be a short slow motion anime style clip 30-45seconds long it is for a music video snippet. The guy strums the guitar ( camera is aimed from the back - reference image attached), then in another shot a girls hands brush over flowers and in another shot they hold hands and sit together infront of a sunset, in another shot the guys hand is shown placing a flower over the girls ear.
