Freelance 2D Animator (Canva Only) – 3 Month Paid Project

This role is ideal for university students/beginners/women returning to work. We are looking for a dedicated Freelance 2D Animator to create short informational videos for our product. Are looking to earn while learning through experience This is project is part our CSR activity, No prior professional experience is required. Full training, guidance, and ongoing support will be provided. However, please note: while this role is beginner-friendly, we expect high professional standards in delivery and communication. Brand style requirements we really need the animator to adhere to: All videos must strictly follow our brand guidelines: - Use only assigned brand colours - Use only approved art style - Use only approved characters Consistency is extremely important. Detailed project requirement: We are looking for a committed freelance 2D animator to create 52 short-form informational videos over a 3-month period. The project will run from March - June or April to July, with total pay of £370. As mentioned above, this opportunity is especially suitable for university students or beginners who are comfortable working in Canva and are looking to gain structured project experience while earning. All videos will follow the same concept and style and will be under two minutes in length. We will provide the audio files, brand assets, character files, and clear brand guidelines. The animator must strictly use only the assigned colours, approved art style, and approved characters. Where backgrounds are not provided, the animator will be responsible for creating suitable ones and submitting them for approval before final use. Before full production begins, a sample video must be submitted by 15 March 2026. This sample stage is important, as we will review the style, clarify expectations from both sides, and discuss any changes that will apply across all 52 videos. Although we are particular about maintaining brand consistency and quality, we are happy to hear creative suggestions. This project may feel challenging at times, but it is designed to be both a paid role and a valuable learning experience in a patient and accommodating environment. The expected time commitment is approximately 3 hours per day. There are no timezone restrictions, but reliability and timely communication are essential. We will hold weekly Google Meet meetings to review progress, discuss any challenges, and plan the upcoming week. Once a meeting schedule is agreed, both sides are expected to attend unless there is an emergency. Any changes must be communicated in writing via email. Payment will be made in two parts: £100 on 15 March 2026 when video production begins, and £270 upon completion and approval of all 52 videos in June/July. If project timelines shift, payment dates may adjust accordingly. We expect and return clear communication, advance notice of any planned unavailability, openness to feedback and revisions, and consistent work quality throughout the project. In addition, we will also provide full support, guidance, and a structured workflow to help you succeed.
