I am looking for a concept drawing for a single family housing community on 17.77 acres and possible a 13.1 acre parcel next to it that involves storm water management. The land falls within FEMA 1% AE zones. I need to finalize a concept plan with detailed drawings showing the layout of single-family homes and flood mitigation measures. Ensure the plan includes considerations for elevated building pads and enhanced drainage solutions. Detailed site plans drawn to scale and Elevation data for proposed structures.
