I am looking to hire an architect or engineer for a consultation on a covered patio project. I need the required girder size for an open gable porch roof with 30 lb. snow load to maintain a span of 15'3" without adding an additional post.

I am looking for a professional and experienced landscaping project manager to help with a small landscaping project (less than 1 acre). The main feature that I would like to include is a garden, and the style or theme of the landscape needs to be custom-made according to my specifications. The project manager must have a solid understanding of reading construction documentation. I have a finalised Landscape construction brief in addition to Tender schedule and scope of works - these have been completed by a professional design company in Melbourne.

The weeds are taller than my car ( I reference this because it is in the backyard that you'd have to be clearing out lol) the recent excessive rain and the extremely unfortunate inability/disabilities of both my husband and his grandfather (Who is the co-owner of the home with my husband and also lives here with us). My grandfather-in-law has a severe case of dementia couples with being hard of hearing so asking him is pretty much pointless. I can't blame him much though due to his health I wouldn't want him out there anyway especially with the now excessive heat we've been experiencing that's probably the worst possible place for him is outside doing the lawn work. LOL and my husband is incapacitated due to a severe case of scoliosis he was just recently diagnosed...

Hi, I'm looking for someone to help with some mowing and weed pulling on my property. The area is relatively small, coming in at less than a quarter acre, so it shouldn't be too intensive of a task. I'm not really sure which plants or weeds should be avoided, so I'm hoping the freelancer would have some advice in this regard. This service is only required once, so I'm looking for someone to do it as a one-time job. Thanks for your help!
