I have an application running on DigitalOcean App Platform connected to a GitLab repository. The app is currently running fine using a previously deployed build. The repository and main branch exist and contain the latest code. The issue is that DigitalOcean is no longer able to deploy new code from the GitLab repository. When trying to update the source configuration, no options are available to select the repository.
