I need the implementation of a functional prototype based on the "Blazor WebAssembly App" template that implements JWT authentication and authorization against an already developed API. The prototype will have a login page, and the "Counter" and "FetchData" pages will only be available for authenticated users. The API URL will be provided once an agreement is reached, but the request and response DTOs for the login are very simple.

The application is based on Radzen Blazor Components, so you will need experience in Radzen, ASP.NET and CTAPI to complete this task. The feature to be added is to use CTAPI to show a list of trend tags when accessing the CTAPI page, then allow the user to select a Trend Tag and Trend History Dates, show the Trend Data using Radzen, and allow the user to export the data using Radzen Export. I am looking for a skilled developer who can create a modern design for my home with login (AD authentication) pages using Blazor tech. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating clean and minimalistic designs. I do not have any particular color scheme or branding guidelines in mind, so I am open to suggestions. The main purpose of the pages will be to having UI for CLI , so the developer should have experience in creating user-friendly user interfaces that are easy to navigate. requirement file attached.
