I need a complete plumbing plan for a small-to-mid-size restaurant that will satisfy local code requirements and ADA standards. The scope covers the customer-facing ADA restroom as well as all water, waste, and vent lines serving typical Front of House and Back of House equipment. I will supply the architectural floor plan in PDF and DWG as soon as we start. From there, I’d like you to: • Lay out all plumbing fixtures, supply and waste lines, vents, clean-outs, and shut-offs • Size all piping, traps, vents, and the main service connection based on expected load • Provide fixture and equipment schedules (restroom fixtures, food-service sinks, dishwasher, ice machine, water heater, grease trap, etc.) • Note ADA clearances, grab-bar mounting heights, turning ...
