We are seeking a floor plan design layout for a building we intend to construct on a specific piece of land. Also required is exterior & interior elevations with consideration for landscape, fence, gardens, trees, bushes etc. There will be set measurements to incorporate as required.

I originally had another designer working on this project but communication has lapsed for too long so we are in need of services to complete the design. Attached is the design and below are the adjustments needed if possible. - “MENA.C.E.” needs to be updated. Also want to see what it would look like to replace the “10” with Roman numeral “X” in a paint brush font in red that would be centered behind MENA.C.E.
