Pretty simple really. The adserver I've used for years is no longer compatible with the PHP version since moving my PHPBB forum. I need somebody to install the new one I've selected and change some scripts so it pull the banner from the new adserver. A simple enough job but beyond me!

I have a fairly large website (content) that contains a phpbb forum. The forum isn't high traffic, usually 10 to 30 users at a time. I am tired of hosting companies shutting down my site arbitrarily and taking days to put it back online if ever. Shared servers are too slow, designated servers are too expensive. Looking for a tech person who can navigate through PHP phpbb SQL etc... I have an internet forum that keeps getting shut down from various hosting companies... (startlogic, ipage, hostgator) as they claim my files need to be consolidated etc. No matter what hosting company I go with, they all take my money assuring me I will have no problems... they set everything up, and within a few weeks something triggers an algorithm that shuts down my site. As said in the title, I need to move an existing PhpBB board powered by Icy Phoenix and based on phpBB2, to a new PhpBB3. The existing board is only based on PhpBB2, so there are some difference on database structure compared to a vanilla PhpBB2. Well, i have this phpbb board and 4images gallery linked up. Now i would like to separate them. They share the same Users database. I need to migrate all the users from phpbb_users to 4images_users so that the 4images gallery can be standalone. That is what i need. Thank you.
