I am trying to create a shirt with a map of Africa that says rise of the Dark Continent. I have attached a copy of batman the dark knight rises image because that is the vision i have for the design of my t-shirts. Instead of the bat in the picture, I would like it to be replaced with an image of Africa with the letters rise of the dark continent superimposed on it. I am open with having the letters designed different ways, meaning it can be vertical or horizontal. My little game is...the collision detection as I don't have much time to put towards this. I am using the Bump library to detect collisions but I don't have it working right just yet. The two squares should be the collision boxes but I am not certain I am using the correct coordinates for them. So look at this: local collisions, len = world:check(player, future_x, future_y) On collision with the item (wooden bat) the bump lib should have a "len" greater than 0. If no collision detected len will equal 0. Then we allow player to move. So method is: Check collisions, if no collision move the player.
