I have an old VHS video tape (32 minutes long) that I've gotten transferred to my computer, but it exhibits interlacing artefacts (horizontal lines). I've tried using Handbrake to deinterlace the file and while the interlaced artefacts are indeed removed, it adds some unacceptable banding effects. Looking for 2d Animation of a drawing of the map of the Island of Tasmania. Would like this delivered in a 4k MP4 file approximately 6 minutes. The animation should start with drawing the outline of the island. Then add key landmarks like mountains and lakes and then add in 3 x winery locations. Then animate how the weather affects the island for example show where the wind comes from and where it rains and is sunny etc. See here a file of a rough film version of the sketching of the map.
