Hi Olexander M., I hired you a while ago and need you to re do a job as we have had a new phone server installed. Here is the job you did before: I would like a simple wallboard program that will work with Trixbox. It would need to display three queues and three extensions. I want to display in real time how many calls have been answered in each queue and how many have been abandoned (a call going to voicemail is classed as abandoned)and also the hold time. Then I want to record the number of calls taken by each of the three extentions. There needs to be a way of resetting these totals to zero automatically at various time during the day and also a way of running a report over a longer period. I have mocked up a design of what I'm looking to end up with.

We are looking for someone who can setup and configure a TFTP server for Cisco 7940 IP Phones. The firmware which should be downloaded to our IP Phones should be using SIP Protocol. We will need to know how to use the TFTP Server to add and remove phones from the server. Currently we are using a TFTP Server which is provided by our supplier which is working great, but we have to tell our supplier the MAC address, Phone Extension, Extension Password and IP of the SIP Server which is not a problem apart from the fact that we have to wait for this to be done each time. We are looking for someone to build a connector/module to integrate our asterisk/trixbox PBX to our CRM (SugarCRM Pro 6.1.0). Functionality required - Click 2 Connection (CRM users can click on contacts phone numbers and have the number connected to their extention) - Incoming call notification (If callerid matches existing contact, their details are displayed, if no match, then display new contact screen/option.
