Hi My business is liquor stocktaking for hotels. I currently use software that runs on MS Access. This produces figures & reports for me, but I’ve started doing an extra excel spreadsheet to summarise various figures for a group of hotels (see attached). I’m looking for 2 things: Firstly - I’m currently manually inputting the figures into this spreadsheet from a couple of different reports generated from my software. The application is a tablet driven field based stocktaking application where a database of stock / inventory items is downloaded from a central server whilst in an office environment with connectivity , and then stock / inventory items are counted and adjustments made and recorded on the tablet “in the field” , when connectivity may not be available. These count / adjustment transactions (including details of the operator and transaction time etc) are then forwarded to the central server in real time or stored and synchronized to the server at a later point when connectivity becomes available.
