Hi I have a Centos 7 server and need somebody to do the following 1) - Install Percona sql to replace current Mysql 8 (without breaking existing website) 2) - Get Sphinx search engine working again as this stopped after we upgraded mysql from 5.7 to 8.0 currently if we run "searchd" getting the following error searchd: error while loading shared libraries: libmysqlclient.so.20: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory You must be very good with Linux and server optimisation The server should be running fast but we find that the load often goes up even with hardly any traffic so wanted to look into this as well.
