I need a simple software for my raspberry pi that streams and display bitmap from serial from a teensy. When a complete imagine is rendered from the teensy then display it as a overlay and timeout after 1 second. Nothing fancy needed, no special interface or controlls. Just display the image drawn from serial when a new image is drawn and then timeout. the teensy converts a lcd signal in my car to bitmap using this code: an example how to render + some extras in c#:

DESCRIPTION ------- I have a simple Raspberry Pi 4 application that copies .jpg files to a smartphone attached via USB-A. This application runs successfully when powered by wall outlet. However, when attempting to run the application while powered by PiJuice, the Raspberry Pi 4 appears to shut off. Additionally, the RaspberryPi also appears to shut off after roughly eight minutes of simply idling with the smartphone plugged in, but does not behave this way without the smartphone. Finally, the system fails to restart, despite having charge well in excess of the chosen "Wake up on charge" value, i.e. 20%. I suspect this has something to do with the smartphone's power draw. I will attempt a data-only USB connection later today, but do not expect it...

I have a C program that uses RPI i/f to program GPIOs on Raspberry Pi. Downloaded it from the net. But it's for older models that use BCM2835. Raspberry Pi 4 uses BCM2711. I’m in the process of building a new terrarium for my chameleon. A tank the size I want, can run upwards of $2000. if I’m going to spend that, I might as well make a Custom tank with all the features I want. The main thing I dislike about my current set up for him is the massive knot of wires for lights, humidity controllers, timers and foggers. I wanted to program a logic controller or raspberry pi to control a majority if not all of the functions of his current tank.
