...my car and something happen to my car ( someone damaged). and someone wants to contact me to inform, they can go to app , type the license plate number and send me SMS by app (need to find out the best and cost efective way to send SMS). the sender will never know my contact number but he can contact me by license plate number. Check Few videos to get an idea. Let me know if you can do it and how much will be cost and time. Please be practical on cost and time as this is just to help the people so budget is limited.
