I want to create an ATM cardless system which connects to a bank's ATM switch using the ISO8583 protocol. the system should be able to receive requests from the switch containing an OTP which represents the value to withdraw. The OTP generation should be done from the bank's native app by calling an API to generate the OTP. The cardless system validates the OTP and returns an ISO8583 response to the ATM switch to either process with cash dispensing or stop the operation (based on the OTP validation result).
