What I need is a new induction plan for employees no more than 10 slides. I would need to give an Intro, Context (why), Challenges facing us, Strategy, Action Plan, Current Wins. I have done a timeline in Cava, but I need to back it up with data and background. I need to show where I am adding value and what our solutions are and bulk this up. My value to this plan is a more timely engagement with the candidate, quicker onboarding, supporting the candidate and managers through the onboarding. The freelancer would need to be able to write and design this powerpoint.
