There is an 'attendance server' on MS server 2012 with SQL DB storing a table with attendance. This attendance should be accessible via DDNS address of the server via port. Mikrotik is installed in the head quarter. Accesses will be fully given via Teamviewer. Now the DDNS is working, but access via port is not working. See screenshots attached.

There is PBX on Asterisk in head office. BIT PBX. There are 2 shops in the same city. Each shop has its IP phone number from pool of PBX numbers. It was working fine more than 1 year until July via the tunnel in head office Mikrotik. Then in July some works about VPN started in the head office Mikrotik , and both IP phones stopped to work. And can not switch on until today. In August both IP phones started to work for few days, but then again stopped. Need to find out the reason and to fix it.
