I will hand you fully registered point-cloud files and need you to turn them into clean, accurate 2D as-built floor plans and companion 3D building models. Every model must capture the architectural envelope—walls, slabs, roofs, columns, doors, windows—plus structural details; on some projects I will also ask for the mechanical, electrical, or plumbing runs that are visible in the scan. All drawings and models must be delivered in both Revit (.rvt) and AutoCAD (.dwg) formats so I can slot them straight into our existing workflow. Please let me know: • links or files that show comparable point-cloud to Revit work you have completed • your pricing structure (hourly or per square metre) • typical turnaround for small, medium, and multi-storey projects ...

I’m building a G+1 home and need a complete exterior concept that blends a clean modern layout with the timeless charm of a Rajasthani haveli. The façade must be predominantly stone-clad and finished in a neutral palette of beige, cream and soft gray so it sits elegantly in any light. Key architectural accents I want to see are: graceful arches and columns to frame windows and entryways, projecting jharokhas for depth and shadow, and a few well-proportioned chhatris to crown the parapet line. While the mood should feel historic, the detailing and construction approach have to be contemporary and build-friendly. What I expect from you • At least two style options presented as high-resolution 3D renders (day and night views). • Scaled elevation drawings an...

I have several Hindi legal documents that must be rendered precisely in both Telugu and Kannada. All source material comes to you as plain UTF-8 text files, so you can work in any editor you prefer and then return the finished translations in the same straightforward format. Because these are legal texts, accuracy in terminology, clause structure, dates, names and numbering is critical. I need the final Telugu and Kannada versions to read as if they were originally drafted in those languages—no literal, machine-sounding phrasing—while preserving every legal nuance of the Hindi originals. Deliverables • One clean Telugu text file for each source document • One clean Kannada text file for each source document • Consistent layout and section numbering t...

I already pull every reservation detail from our property-management platform into a Home Assistant Green server through reliable APIs and webhook...or Home Assistant’s climate integration quirks—and won—I want your solution running in my stack. I’m open to smarter scheduling logic or queueing mechanisms if that’s the only way to guarantee stability; we can revisit broader custom schedules after the core problem is solved. Final acceptance is simple: temperature commands sent from Home Assistant reach the targeted thermostats inside their windows with no mass refresh or service lockout for seven consecutive days, and logs clearly confirm that behaviour. Message me directly with a brief on how you’ve defeated this exact Resideo limitation before,...

I need a set of CNC-ready decorative panel concepts that look unmistakably modern and will be cut from wood. Please take the overall brief—clean geometry, contemporary lines, and subtle depth changes—and translate it into files that can go straight onto a router. Here is what I expect: • 3–5 unique panel patterns sized for a standard 4×8-ft sheet, each with a matching repeat tile. • Toolpaths or layered vectors compatible with common controllers (DXF, DWG, SVG or Fusion 360 CAM). • Clear notes on bit sizes, step-downs, and any onion-skin or tabbing you recommend to keep the wood stable during cutting. I normally work in VCarve and Fusion 360, so keeping layers tidy and line colours standard will speed things up on my end. If you pre...

I want to turn the raw data already sitting in our Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 environment into a set of interactive financial dashboards. The core view I am after must let me track revenue, expenses, cash-flow movements and overall profit-and-loss at a glance, with the ability to drill down to the underlying AX transactions whenever needed. All data lives in AX today, so the job centres on connecting to those existing tables (or cubes if you prefer) and surfacing the numbers in an intuitive layout. Whether you choose SSRS, Power BI, or another front-end commonly paired with AX 2012 is up to you, as long as the result refreshes automatically and loads quickly for everyday use.
