1and1 hosting support was no help and even I felt like I knew more than the support person. I have a VPS there and just migrated all my accounts from directadmin I have a totally new mailbox. my mail works fine. both webmail and imap. i also noticed this with another email that i created after migration on a new domain. So basically. the new emails work, but the old migrated email addresses have this imap issue. Everyone else (different domains) is having issues with syncing their mail with imap.
