We have a Joomla site and forum (Kunena) hosted with Siteground (Singapore). We have constant "time out" issues with the site and the server. Although they are intermittent they happen multiple times an hour. Siteground has confirmed the server and these are not "timeouts" on the server, all is fine and that it must be setting/scripts within our site.
