i have an admin tool that was built in PHP for processing health plan orders. We now have a merchant application that needs to be integrated through JetPay for ach and credit card transactions. There is a 1 time charge, and then we need to be able to set a recurring bill date. Staff need to be able to enter the customers information for the order by the rep. Then under manager login the manager can process the payment information. Reps should not be able to do this. The system is setup so reps can only enter the customers original information and save it. Once its saved they cannot modify it, they can only make notes.(It needs to stay this way) The manager overseeing that rep can then login and pickup the order. go to the payment page.
