I have a PCB with two MCUs 1. R5F100GEAFB#30 (48LFQFP.) 2. CY8C4014SXI-421 (SOIC 16) PCB is used to control relays based on input received on touch pads. Additionally, an ESP8266 can be connected externally and used to control and sync relay on/off status with the cloud. The functionality will be discussed in detail in a google doc.

Design a PCB with 20 x solid state relays. We have 20 x cabinet doors that we need to monitor if they are open or closed. They have a contact that triggers when they are open. When the door is open, a red LED must flash and a buzzer must sound. When the door is closed a green LED must be illuminated. Total of 20 x Red LEDs and 20 x Green LEDs. I am trying to read 4 output values from a quadrant photodiode (S4349) and use them for further digital calculation through SPI connection. Currently, I made the schematic shown in the picture below with operational steps as follows: -Light is detected by the active area of the 4 cells of the photodiode -Signal from each cell is amplified separately using a trans-Impedance amplifier (OPA381) -The analog output signal from each amplifier is the input of a channel of the ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter MCP3912A1-E/SS) -Finally, the digital data will be further forwarded through the SPI interface from the ADC to the SPI Master device (All the components can be changed except the photodiode model)

We have recently had a PCB designed to operate with BQ34Z100PW-G1 for gauge and BQ24170RGYR as our battery charging circuit controller. The circuit does not seem to be functioning with the code we currently have. We have tried a couple different solutions but realize we are in need of someone who is familiar with both parts, hardware and software designs. Need somebody who has done procesing of signals in realtime with some DSP chip that is fast enough, and within normal consumer budget. Or FPGA, or whatever hardware configurations, that are available. The attached spike has a duration of aprox 7 microseconds and an amplitude of 0.1 to 5.5 ...normal pricing), but weirdly with some low output (khz).
