hello i want to install APC / eAccelerator on my server

I have from a Hosting Privider a Debian VPS. I looking for somebody where can install and configure a fast and secure webserver. As Webserver i think lighttpd is a good choice with eAccelerator for better php performance. As Database i need MySQL and SQLITE For Mail i want Horde Groupware with spamassassin For the Administration (create Accounts , Webspace, FTP etc) i think ispconfig 3 is good? install owncloud 3 and configure the webdav access Feel free to propose better solutions (webserver or controll panel etc..) for a Debian VPS.
