I was wondering what your availabiity is, I need some help customising a Magento extension - I've been trying to do it myself but it is just too advanced for me, so I need to hire an expert. Do you have any experience with Unirgy uDropship? It's a new Magento install which uses the uMarketplace suite. Hi all, 2 things: 1. Indexing: Last year programmer dannv (https://www.freelancer.com/u/dannv.html?ref_project_id=3996091&ttref=HireMe_PVBidList) made some changes regarding the Magento Index Management. As we have a big database with difference stores and many products, indexing took too long and was too heavy on the server. He had made it so, that upon every change in an item, only the indexes related to the change were indexed; the website became a lot faster, as indexes were always indexed. It worked perfect but at some time it did not work anymore. Now this programmer does not want to help us in solving it, although I have been trying to have him fix it for the last 4-5 months. Hello On the 27th a programmer dannv from freelancer was paid to make a scrolling bar work in IE and also to add meta tags on a brand module, once he was finished we noticed a credit card that we done with a test order was being used by someone else, so we checked the are ftp and notice 3 files was added that could be copying card details. We have spoken with are hosting company and they said the 3 files was added by this programmer on the 27th dec as they done a IP trace, the hosting company said (you will need to get a php/mysql programmer to check over them for you. in particular is massive and needs the eyes of a dedicated programmer on it to determine what changes, if any, it has made to your database.) Dannv, It appears that you have done this successfully a few times and I would like to discuss have you do this work for us too. We are currently a BUSY 1.4.1 magento site that would like to move to 1.7. We have not used many plugins, but we did modify the presentation slightly. It appears that your normal rate for this is $150.00 for 3 days - I have received approval for my boss for this amount - So, please let me know if this is ok with you and when you might be available to begin work. Dannv, I see that you have performed this work before and I would like to see if you can do this for us. We are currently running on 1.4.1 and have very busy site. We need to get this upgraded for various reasons - biggest one being the retirement of the Federal Express API. I can work with you from this end and do whatever you need me to do with the hosting account (new domains, subdomains, etc.). I would need to step-by-step list of what will be done to provide my boss that shows how you will be moving the site and data without losing any order information, etc. Based on your other jobs, I put in $150.00 and 2 days - let me know if this is acceptable.
