I need a simple Bash script that can block IPs with over a certain amount of connections, if the server 1 minute load is over 7. I use CSF/LFD. The script needs to be able to block all countries outside the US and Canada using CSF's "two-letter ISO Country Codes" option which is (US,CA) within the CSF/LFD firewall without needing to restart the firewall. Then allow all countries access when the 1 minute server load is under 3 (variable adjustable). The script needs to run on Apache. I don't need something advanced, but it should have customizable variables for ISO Country Codes, and load thresholds.

I have WHM installed on my Contabo server. Only one WordPress website is added to the server. Which cause CPU load. with htop command I can see there is a much load on [lsphp:/home/websitename/public_html/] when I rename in my /public_html/, CPU load back to normal.
