Hello I need coder, which will write (or extend existing) library which will be able to send and receive voice/wave data to telephone line using voice modem. I have such library written for Conexant modem (I can get know what for what exactly conexant is it written), now I want to do it for some other modem. Voice sending/receiving must be done in full duplex. I mean I could be able to dial some number, and after the second party pick up the phone play some wave to him and record what he is talking simultanously usign this library. I have a 4 port video capture card. The card has a Conexant Fusion 878A chip. Need to use it together with other third party webcam application like Active Webcam. Unfortunately, when I used it togther with any webcam application, it can only detect 1 composite input signal though it is a 4 port composite input card. The other 3 video input are wasted. Hello. I have a compaq presario 2100, with an internal Conexant Modem. I have installed the drivers from conexant for this modem on Mandrake Linux 8.1. When I run the /usr/sbin/hsfconfig, I am told that my modem's device name is now /dev/ttySHSFO. When I look in the /dev folder (as super user), I don't see this device. I have tried to connect to the internet using all the available devices listed in the connection manager (/dev/modem, /dev/ttyS0-S3, etc), but ttySHSFO is not found.
