I have a working OSPF/Freeradius project (test network setup) working fine with a Juniper core router, Debian freeradius server, and a Mikrotik to split out a management VLAN to a wireless radio. I can ping the Mikrotik from the network and it passes traffic. I can ping the VLAN device from command line on the Mikrotik, but I can't ping the VLAN device across the network. I can upload the Mikrotik config, and also the Juniper so you can see the routing. For now, just look at the network diagram and see if you can tell what I'm trying to make work. I think maybe it has to do with the wrong route entry on either the Mikrotik or Juniper?

I have been facing issues while interfacing ESXi 6.7 with Cisco Switches. Only the first interface is working which is all called the management interface out of 4 physical interfaces of the server. All 3 interfaces are showing UP but no connectivity with switch VLANs.
Ports are flapping on Cisco SG 350X and Catalyst C1000 .We checked devices (Cambium access point V2-2 and CP plus 4mp camera) connected directly to 1m patch cord and through normal 40m or 60m lan cable but ports are flapping in some set power of per port to 23 also so that dedicated power can be assigned to AP but still getting wanted to know the exact reason for this flapping because AP are not able to connect to controller and cisco experts who earlier worked on C1000 switch said that devices are not compatible with the switch and now AP are not able to work and SG 350x so there must be some settings issue which I think because cable are ok.
