The project involves an underwater camera and sensor data. Tasks include: Supply Python client and server scripts on a PC and rpi5+camera over a static IP network connection. Using the picamera2 module to stream video to PC. The video is recorded on the PC (time stamp for file name), with text overlay on the video showing PC date and time. UDP for simple 2way communications of small 'hello world' type text strings between the RPI5 and PC.
