I want artwork for a tshirt design. The picture will be a simple cartoon style. The design must be hand drawn, high quality and original design with a clean border. Should be able to be printed on most colored tshirts. It will be submitted in both original design format and as a high quality minimum 2875x3900 PNG file with a transparent background.
