In this project, I have developed a python based signal processing algorithm for events detection on raspberry pi. In this project, I need to read 1second information and make the real-time process. It means it has to done collection as well as processing simultaneously without missing. So, I need python based program to meet the constraint ( reading the continuous data for 1second and process simultaneously).

C++ code should work on both Raspberry PICO mcu and Arduino Nano mcu. I use VS Code. C++ code should measure time between rising edges of continous pulses on mcu input pin. See attached picture. C++ code should send values realtime to PC, between each pulse time value should be sent realtime to PC. PC should show time values realtime. Between rising edges C++ code should make ADC and send values also to PC as realtime. PC should show values as realtime.
I am an embedded software engineer and have little experience in designing circuit and PCB design. I have a small project on the analog sensor reading. The required sampling rate 20Hz, so I think it's not high speed. But the sensor output is 4mV p-p. It's too small for the microcontroller's ADC. I think I need an OPamp and low pass filter, but I'm not fully sure. Please advise me on some important points of the circuit and PCB design to achieve low noise and low distortion sensor reading. ** How to teach Please share 1-2 hours with me. We have a small Arduino sketch which reads the ADC on 4 pins and outputs the data to the serial port. We are using Arduino Core for STM32 but the analogRead function of Arduino is very slow. We need the ADC to run much faster and we've seen it's possible to implement this using DMA or other options. For an experienced programmer should be a quick and easy task.
