My project would like to be a website similar to binary options for example the setup of Nadex binary options website. i would like my website to be just like that. There would be a set straight line horizontal that never moves while based on how much the dollar is worth at the particular time(AKA the line that moves up and down) If the investor thinks that the us dollar will be worth more in 5 minutes then he wins based off of how much he invested. if you choose the line will go down and it does, that would still be considered a win unless they predicted the price to be above the line. im looking for an extremely bare bones website
I'm looking for a programmer who has experience in scraping financial platforms in particularly NADEX. This program scrapes from the NADEX platform and sends alerts to special method. I will take trades once I receive those signals.. I am looking to add another feature potentially and that will be extra. There is a second phase of this project that will be started potentially in a month for approximately the same price so there is kind of two jobs in one.

I have c# code that interacts with the Nadex Exchange platform. Nadex is a Foreign Curancy Exchange providing binary options trading in the US. I had a developer help me with developing the base functions, authenticating, placing orders, tracking orders, and getting the current price for a market. The part of getting the current price stopped working. I suspect the Exchange changed something that caused the class which retreives the data to fail. I need someone to look at the code and see what is causing it to fail.
