My work email is not working with the updated Outlook on desktop. Microsoft cant fix it. Ive tried IMAP settings and to go through it but im sure there is a step I am missing.

I write reports, give presentations, use excel spread sheets, would like to use Outlook for contacts, calendars and tasks, occasionally use Publisher. I have a 365 subscription. Yet I have a hard time getting everything to work together. I have a new computer that I have not yet set up (Windows 11) and I'd like to get a fresh start and set everything up correctly.
