I have worked across industries including nonprofit, construction, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, professional services, private equity, and fast-moving environments where stakes were high. I hold a master’s degree in human resources management and am currently earning a Juris Master in Employment Law at Florida State University with an expected 2026 graduation. I have verifiable SHRM-SCP and PHR certifications - but what clients value most is that I have done this work, hands-on, in the field just shy of three decades. I bring deep working experience supporting employees and leaders across all U.S. states, including the most complex and highly regulated environments such as California, New York, Washington, Colorado, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, Maryland, and Minnesota. I also have HR management across the UK, Ireland, Mexico, Canada, Belize, and Belgium, giving me a strong global mindset and the ability to operate effectively across jurisdictions, cultures, and regulatory frameworks.
