Hello, I’m a Toolmaker from Auckland, New Zealand. I have over 30 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry. During my time in this industry, I have had the opportunity to gain a wide range of skills. I started as a Toolmaker Apprentice at 16 years old, using conventional milling machines and lathes to manufacture injection moulds. Over the years I’ve continued to learn new skills and I’m now employed at a small company where I’m using CNCs to produce moulds for customers across the manufacturing industry. I can use solid modelling software from the beginning of a project through design, modelling, and machining of moulds, which can then proceed into production. With my background and experience I can help with 3D modelling including product models and drawings, through to complete injection and blow moulds ready for quoting and production. mindre
