The Security Service may appear a gray work. And more then 99% of the time the security is not in danger. My brain is always focused and ready to react. But I have the opportunity to give added value to my service. Courtesy and human touch. Security officers can be seen as the first face of their employer. When I coordinate people I always keep my self focus empathy by providing to all the stakeholders the best human experience. In no-danger situation, use kindness and courtesy improve the public imagine of Your workplace, and in case of trouble is a way for me to evaluate if I’m facing a criminal/scammer that is using excuses to pass trough security check. mindre
