The post afforded me the opportunities to not only gain great people skills but it also equipped me with skills in Quickbooks and Microsoft office as well. During that time, I was studying "Medical Office Assistance/ Front Office Management and in 2018 I graduated from Career Development Institute with a distinction in the program which I now hold a certificate for. In May of 2019, I was offered the post of Administrative assistant at a medical centre. There, I provided clerical support, email marketing, management of appointments, maintenance of the filing system and chat/telephone operation to name a few. Three years after that, I now work for the same medical facility as an accounts clerk. This job allowed me to enhance my skill set. I am now au fait with accounts payables, accounts receivables, journal entries, billing, preparing cheques, reconciliations and more.
