I've recently launched a technology-related YouTube channel where some technology experts are posting videos related to Office 365 Technologies. I need to create the artwork for the YouTube channel as per the YouTube Art Guidelines (https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2972003?hl=en)

The channel is called "O365ForAll"; by O365 I mean Office 365 and and by "For All" I mean : for Business User, Technical Users, Developers, IT Pros, etc...

Other requirements:
1- YouTube Art Guidelines should be followed.
2- Banner and logo are needed
3- Please use the colors of Office 365 logo (Attached)
4. "For All" should be represented in silhouette of people (Technical ppl, business ppl, etc...)

Hello contestants
As can be seen, the winner is already clear
Congratulations and a few words from me
Somehow I feel affected by the fact that we won on my back with a design so close to my almost identical.whit
Still, congratulations
and to the contest holder, be more precise and accurate in what you want
because somehow not fair 3 days trying to figure out what you want
and then some one copied my work.....

  I agree, the contest holder did need to communicate better. I felt that some of the designs people created were an accurate portrayal of what the brief required, but without feedback a rejected design cannot be developed or changed.
  
  As for the copying, that's a pitfall with open contests unfortunately.

I cant understand do you need to create a logo
or should we use your existing logo ?

Do you have any other requirements or preferences for this? Any reference to banners that you like would be useful, and any dimensions for the logo banner too.
