  Hi all - Regarding the layout look - due to a shortage of time - Please revert to the word template called "word doc template #1 " that I suppled and to confirm the look- I have uploaded a pdf file: Uploaded "Final Word doc Design.pdf." I would like the exact type faces, colours etc used in the word template. Please supply me with the cover page, contents page and at least two more pages to view. The first person who gets it right gets the job - BUT please it must be easily editable and the contents page must automatically update and when there are corrections they mustn't come up as a colour on the document.
  If I am happy, I will ask you to go-ahead and make up the final document (the content of the final document must be "Sample Draft SCP"). Please dont go-ahead and make the final template until I tell you to go-ahead as there are others also working on the project. Many thanks.

  I have uploaded templates that I think are clean and fresh from the Microsoft Word website - these are free templates. I would be happy with an adaption of these. I like the name of the report on the top of the page and the page number on the bottom - "word doc template #1 " shows this. I have also uploaded some pdf's of some sample covers. Essentially I am looking for an upmarket Report template - something timeless and easy to use.
  Hope this gives you a feel of what I am looking for.
  Once I am happy with the layout, I will require that you adapt the document called "Sample Draft SCP.docx" to the template. many thanks to all.

     Hi Floralfs - regarding your query, I have contacted support and this is their reply to me. It looks like on handover I should be able to receive the final word document and see how it works. I would really like to get this done - my main concern is the editablility of the word document and the way the typography works in the document. the look and feel of the cover page is a bonus! Hope this helps.
     
     See below the reply from support.
     
     "With regards to the file type, our system accepts all kinds of file types on the handover stage as it just acts like a filestab. From there you may check if the file is editable in a manner that you require. If not, you may freeze the handover. Since only a few entries were made on your contest, we can endorse or forward this concern to the proper department for them to determine if we can issue a refund for it since it is a guaranteed contest."

     Hello EhabSherif - thank you for your reply. I am looking for something more corporate that can be adapted to any company. So using the fullstop with the circle in the corner as part of the layout is too specific. The stock graphic background is not really what I am looking for. I am needing a clear and simple template, good use of type, I would like to see what the pages would look like and how the type would look on the page. etc etc. Thank you for your time.

  Hi! I think i can handle with this, all of your requests are possible, but i have a few questions. What do you mean on great looking cover page? I should make own illustration or the inserted images should stay and i have to change only font types, text alligment etc ? The other thing. What exactly do you need? Headers, footers, title shadings? Or its my deccision just have a good look?

     Regarding the cover page - maybe a background colour, with the place for an image. Unfortunately the client has used this image for their project, but as this will be a template, it would be good to show this image, maybe against a background of sorts. I somehow need to make the cover a bit more jazzy, but at the same time easy enough for someone in the future to edit and change pics. I would also be happy with a clean use of type. I would be very happy for you to make a decision and make changes to graphs, shadings etc as you see fit. Many thanks for your time. Much appreciated.
